Hereford Inlet Lighthouse

The Hereford Inlet Lighthouse was built in 1874 and served as a beacon of safety to 19th century mariners. Today this historic structure is cherished by local residents and visitors alike. The lighthouse is open to the public and still serves as an active navigational aid maintained by the United States Coast Guard.
